Entretien
Screened by recruiter and then had a 10 minute phone interview with a 3rd party company. Qs: what is gmp, what do you know about the company, where do you see yourself in 5 years. What would you do if you saw someone not following procedure.
I was then invited to an assessment centre where there was a group discussion, biodata tests and 5 aptitude tests. The AC took 3.5 - 4 hrs. Employees were present to answer questions about the company.
I then had an interview with 2 people asking questions- one seemed disinterested so it was a bit off putting. It lasted about an hour.

Entretien
The process consist of online assessments and final interview. The question are based on core Pfizer's values. The assessment includes math, English and logics. Before that there is a online assessment with basic questions.

Group discussion and then peer interview. You can't really prepare for it, you just need to be yourself there's no need to worry. Masks were still mandatory and things were very covid safe

Entretien
Many different processes to the interview, including aptitude tests, questionnaires, situations and finally a group discussion. Having failed at the last process my offer was declined. Received quite a generic email informing me of my failure even after the long drawn out process. I would have liked to receive some feedback on my performance in the interview and have struggled to find anyone who could provide me with feedback.
