Super easy all character based questions that come from the values of Pfizer. The four values are Equity, Courage, Excellence, and joy. I’d recommend making sure you note what your strengths are before your interview

Entretien
People are very friendly and nice. Overall an easy interview. It was multiple people asking questions. The questions were pretty standard which were based on the company’s values. Whole interview process lasts like 30 mins
Typically the interviewers would ask the standard introductory interview questions. Additionally, they will ask questions about your experiences relative to the Pfizer values of Joy, Excellence, Equity and Courage. Use the STAR method to answer and answer every part of the question
