Easy 3 interviews. Basically questioning. First one virtual. Took about a month in total before on boarding began. Each interview took around 30 minutes and asked around 5 main questions

The interview process is terrible, even as an internal colleague. It is very stressful, scripted and fake. It’s one of the worst I have encountered. Interviews are a panel format.
First round with HR, second round with team leads. Normal interview focusing on your career planning and did ask some tricky questions. A product briefing is needed too. Overall not so hard

Test online - hr screening - Panel interview - three people - star format questions. Only one hour long. There was a lot of tell me about a time when…. The hour interview goes by very quick, so have a few scenarios ready to go and plug and play
