I was interviewed by several people in the department including management and colleagues and also by someone who was outside the department.

After applying for the position, an internal recruiter reached out. It was a 30-minute phone call. The next step was the interview with the hiring manager and this was done via video call. It took about a month to go through this process. The interview process was smooth but had to wait almost two months for their response.
