Got e-mail from talent acquisition rep to schedule phone interview for the position. After my preparation for about 5 days, I found out during the beginning of the call that it was very informal process and lasted only for 2 questions. Never heard from interviewer for 2 weeks. After 3 followup e-mails, go reply that they move forward with other candidate.
