The interview process begins with a very detailed phone screen. If s candidate moves past this step, a face to face interview will be scheduled with a district manager. If this interview goes well, another fact to face interview may occur with two or more district managers. Candidates completing this step are scheduled an interview in the regional office. If this interview goes well, a field ride will be scheduled with a local representative. Within a month, the candidate will be contacted and told that they are hired or receive a letter in the mail thanking them for their time.
