The interview was divided in two parts mainly: behavioral and technical questions. For the first part they asked me 4 questions. Each one was related to the Pfizer values: EXCELLENCE, COURAGE, EQUITY, JOY. Then they were more focused on practical questions related to the job description.

Mostly technical questions, so be sure to review relevant concepts and prepare thoroughly before the interview. The interviewers were friendly, approachable, and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the discussion process.
After applying for the position, an internal recruiter reached out. It was a 30-minute phone call.
The next step was the interview with the hiring manager and this was done via video call.
It took about a month to go through this process.
The interview process was smooth but had to wait almost two months for their response.
Dinner on the previous night with the current employees to get to know and ask about causal questions and onsite interview including scientific presentation and 1-on-1 interviews for the rest of the day.
