Had a 1st interview with the manager, pretty informal then had less than 24h to analyse and present a business case (2nd interview) to another manager, then got ghosted. The company has potential, but limited resources and people, they were not appealing on the hiring process. In the first 5min of business case presentation I noticed the company didn't worth my time. Why someone remotely interviews a candidate from a coffee shop? Most of the time with apathetic face which made me not want to proceed with the process.
It seems they just wanted few ideas from people outside, to be applied internally, start ups do it quite a lot.

Entretien
I had an initial call with the CEO, which seemed to go well. The call lasted about an hour, and I was invited to complete the case study, which took about 3-4 hours. I sent this on and was given 2 evening options to review the case study with CEO & CTO, neither of which I could do. I asked for a different time and was ghosted - I never heard back from them.
