When I reached out to my recruitment contact for a definitive update, all communication stopped entirely and my emails were ignored. Leaving candidates in limbo without updating their application status—while simultaneously ignoring polite follow-up emails—demonstrates a lack of basic courtesy and respect for people's time. Based on this experience and the overall employee feedback online, the poor communication during recruitment seems to mirror the wider issues with job satisfaction at the company. I have since decided to withdraw my application and look elsewhere
