I had phone call with HR. It was 15 mins and more about my motivation and previous experiences. Then they invited me to technical meeting. In that meeting we talked more about my CRM skills. Questions were structured and after I answer a question, they asked me another question about the same case. And finally I reached to team meeting phase which was the last one. It was smooth more casual talk meeting with other stakeholders. All the interviews were in English
