I was offered a phone interview, then an in person interview, then I was offered the position a few days after. They reviewed my resume and inquired on why this industry was of interest to me. They also asked if I would be able to obtain the required licenses/certifications within a certain amount of time if hired. They were clear about their expectations and that this was a new position.

I submitted my resume and received a call within 1 day. So I was very impressed with the quick follow-up. My interview was scheduled for the following day. I was given very straight forward study material (which I was quizzed on during the interview). I met with the HR specialist and the Branch Manager at the time who were both very friendly and straight forward about expectations for my future role in the company. A few days after the interview, I had an over-the-phone interview with the company Vice President who was also very professional, friendly, and straight forward with the interview. I received an offer letter nearly 3 days later. So overall, I was very impressed by the quick follow-up in the hiring process. I also appreciated the honesty and friendliness of the management team.
