The interview process was fairly straight forward. A recruiter reached out an conducted a phone screen. The conversation consisted of briefly going over my resume and experiences I had in the past. The next step was an in-person interview (before covid) with 3 Systems Engineering managers. After that interview, negotiations began which culminated in an offer.
