Very nice conversation with a recruiter. She explained a lot about the culture at personio and the setup of the team. She asked some questions about my experience and why I would like to join the team. Ended up not proceeding with the process since they were looking for a less senior person and therefore my salary expectation didn’t meet their budget

During the hiring process, there are two crucial stages: HR screening and an interview with the hiring manager and department lead. These interviews provide valuable insights into the candidate's qualifications and fit for the company. Interestingly, between the two interviews, I had the opportunity to gather additional information about the company from another HR Manager. This allowed me to gain further understanding of the company's values and culture, which ultimately helped me prepare for the subsequent interview
