First a screening call with HR representative, where the company and role was discussed as well as some questions about me. No salary disclosed, this was done in another call, where they also gave me some insight into the interview. Then interview with the Team Leader, which was general questions about my experience and a short role play presenting a product of choice. Had time at the end to ask questions myself I definitely did not like having to ask for updates after the phone scree. Over 1 week has passed from the Interview with HM and no news. Of course, I won't be following up again. Find it very unprofessional not to have feedback or have to be chasing people as if they were doing me a favor.
