Entretien
I had a first interview with HR. I didn't get through to the second interview but was offered a feedback session. The HR person cancelled half an hour before the session, via an automated message. I emailed to ask for clarifications, but she never got back to me. I hope she is ok, but if an emergency happened someone else from her team should have stepped in. I will change this review if someone gets in touch.

Entretien
I had a call with a recruiter, he was really nice and I felt that he knew the role and was an expert. I passed the interview and the second round was the presentation of a case study.
The two interviewers were really nice but very young and unexperienced. I had the experience, I asked all of their questions and they told me they never ghost people, they always provide feedback. I waited for 2 weeks, I contacted them and they told me that they had already filled the position.
I was a little bit angry because those people with no experience in writing were MANAGERS. This is the problem
After 8 months a recruiter from Personio contacts me for a Sales positition even through I don't have any experience in Sales.
Don't trust this company. Really young people with no idea.
