I received an invitation to an initial chat with a recruiter from Personio just one day after applying. The recruiter was very friendly, straight forward and professional. Although she had only started at Personio a couple of months ago, she was still exceptionally well informed and could answer nearly all my questions.

They made me go through 6 interviews and a case study to tell me that my career orientation is suitable for the role. So much time & energy wasted for a fairly foreseeable decision on the company's side. No clear indication until I received a final call from the recruiter.

The whole interview process was very thorough and professional. This long process gives you a better understanding of the job and the team, as well as their expectations. Also recruiters were always following up and quick to reply.
