Overall a long in-depth interview process with HR interview, team lead interview, two case study presentations, and three final interviews at the end. Despite the length it was a fantastic candidate experience with clear instructions throughout the process, great communications from the recruiter and very flexible in timing of interviews and schedule. Each stage was described well and plenty of support given to prepare for each interview and presenation. A lot of other companies could learn from their process and approach to hiring, especially on the communication side of things. One of the best interview experiences I've had, but disappointed to not get an offer at the end.

The entire experience was completely unprofessional and an absolute waste of time. Over the course of two months, I had to go through a lengthy process that consisted of four different stages. Despite investing significant time and effort, I was rejected twice, further highlighting the inefficiency and disorganization of the process. It not only delayed my progress but also created unnecessary frustration and disappointment.
