Interview process was super smooth and everyone was very friendly. Had initial chat with the internal Talent Acquisition Manager about what I'm looking for in my next role, my motivation for wanting to join Personio and my general experience + fit for the role.
I then had an interview with the UK Country Manager / Head of International Expansion talking in more detail about my motivations, my experience, my previous sales processes, times I've taken on criticism etc.
Next stage was case study / role play with the Country Manager and the Head of Sales of another region where I had to prepare a 30-60-90 day plan and also do a mock discovery call for a prospective customer. I presented the plan and they asked questions throughout and challenged me on certain aspects. They gave feedback on both the plan and the role there an then, which was really good.
Then final stage was a 3-step process spread over one day. First I had a quick call with a Founding member of the team, then a session with my future peers and then finally a call with the VP of Sales. Nothing too challenging at this stage, its more conversation about experience and the type of person you are to see if you'll be a fit for the company as culture is super important here!
