Not sure about the whole process but I had given two interviews. 1. Technical discussion - included less technical discussion more waste of time. 2. Proper technical discussion - It was a technical discussion but most of the time insulting only. Interviewer was a knowledgable person but had no manners. The most unprofessional interview I had till now. Interviewers will start bullying you from the 1st second of the interview. Don't know if they seriously want to hire someone or not. Because as soon you enter the interview, the interviewer will start thinking you are dumb. the interviewer start opposing your every answers and will put their thought on priority and as that is only correct thing. If you don't know something be prepared to be bullied about your whole career and experience because they will not hesitate to say you are just a fresher or you don't have any experience. Not sure they wanted to take interview or they wanted to just punish the interviewee because it was a terrible experience. No manners. Same things can be conveyed in a good manner as well.
