J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Pershing (Jersey City, NJ) en avr. 2010
Entretien
The hiring manager was quite abrupt and not really listening to my answers. It seemed like she had already decided that I didn't have the qualifications and was doing the interview to meet her quota of interviews. She only spent about 20 minutes with me.
I should have been a viable candidate for this position and felt that I deserved an in person interview. Maybe they had an internal candidate but why go through the process and waste time? (despite any legalities)

The interview was a basic IT management interview. 2 managers plus HR. The questioning was relevant to the position and fair. One manager did ask a bunch of questions to test my basic knowledge of project managment which was a bit insulting given the job level I was interviewing for and my experience.
