I was recruited for the interview via linked in. The recruiter was friendly and informative about the role I was to interview for. I had three very informal interviews ( ie very few behavioral questions) each with multiple people. The interviews were each about 3 hours, they were spread over 6 months because of fit. Eventually I was hired for a role that I was given the description for during the final interview. I love my job, and am so happy they walked to hire me until the right role came open.
