They interviewed 2 candidates at once, creating a very awkward and inauthentic interview process. Did not rotate who answered the questions first, and was overall a very strange experience. Did not give an in-depth representation of the job or expectations, but they did mention that the training period was very long to ensure candidates were prepared for the role.
