There are 4 rounds in total and last for 1 month. 1. Phone screen 2. Video interview 3. 1-hr live coding with 3rd party organization 4. On-site interview (product + technical) It's a waste of time, the interviewers swapped twice, and the last time was swapped a few hours before the on-site interview and none of the engineers from the post is involved at the end. I don't know if it is possible that none of the team members was trying to interview a "potential future colleague". Besides, the interview content is randomly assigned. Even though the post is claimed to backend focused, the on-site interview is focusing on React. After investing so much time in a startup interview, they are not willing to give you some feedback, just an email notifying you that you are not suitable for the post. You may get a general answer after further asking and then ghosting.

Weird interview process. The company seems interesting on paper, but the interview was an absolute turn-off. The interviewer showed up late and had his camera set up on his crotch, looking up his nostrils. He started by telling me that he built everything at Perpetua and then just went through a checklist of questions with a "Hmm sounds good", "hmm makes sense" at the end of each one. Then he randomly just asks me to design a recipe website verbally lol.
