20 min call with Talent team, 1 hour interview with Head of function, followed by a 2 hour interview with various team members.
The people I met were great and super friendly, which must reflect the culture of the organisation. But for a business which centres it's product around employee engagement, the interview process was awful. Spending the best part of 3.5 hours out of my time to come in and interview, reach the final stage and then not receive any form of feedback, despite requesting some, delivers a terrible candidate experience and reflects poorly on the organisation as a whole, which is a shame as the people, atmosphere and product were great!!

I met everyone on the same day and then I was showed around the office
Everyone was very friendly and they took the time to explain me about the company, its goals and future plans.
It was very efficient, as I met everyone on the same day.
