Overall the interview process was ok / positive. Interviewers were friendly, and the case study was intellectually stimulating (but took huge amount of time) The only, and biggest issue I had was how the team presented the R&R was quite different from that of the HR's. I wouldn't have wasted time with them if they made sure how much "responsibility" they are comfortable to give to an analyst from the beginning.
