I applied via their web site. 1) A call with recruiter 2) Video Interview with the manager of the team where they ask you to write some SQL queries in Periscope Data app and write an email to the customer in Google docs. 3) After a week I received an invite to visit their office for an on site interview which happened only 3 weeks later because they were on vacation. On site interview consists of 1 hour with the manager of the team where you also write SQL queries and explains results of the diagrams to the manager. 2d hour is like a role play. You are responding to 2 chats at the same time from other engineers and another engineer helps you to answer their questions about Periscope product and you also get to explore their product on your own to find answers to questions from chat. Then you have a lunch with some members of the team. And last hour you are writing an email to the customer about new feature in Google docs. Very casual interview, no behavioral or technical questions except SQL. 2 days later I received a rejection from their manager with some generic response. To do well I recommend to quickly respond to chats because it seemed like this was very important for them.
