Scattered process that felt rushed and frantic. Phone interview that seemed almost desperate. Follow up interview was online with more stakeholders and was a bit more put together but seemed mostly geared towards understanding how hard I would work for the company, if I was willing to work outside of the 40 hour work week and be on call for after hours work.
