Great communication. I initially did a phone screen where I was given all the information about the job. Second step was to do a zoom interview with the On site manager and the CEO of the company. Loved that I was able to meet several of the internal staff before making my decision.

Very professional! Expectations of job are right on point. Make you feel welcome and comfortable. Able to ask questions and have them answered in timely manner! They ask questions about previous jobs you've had in this field and if you've encountered situations similar to what you will experience in this line of work.
