J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Perform Partners (Milton Keynes, Angleterre) en juill. 2022
Entretien
The interview was with a consultancy called Perform Partners on the basis of a very vague job description. They offered me the role after just a half-hour MS Teams video call. This already got my alarm bells ringing as any company worth their salt does not recruit on the basis of a half-hour interview.
Anyhow, after investing a lot of time and effort in setting up a new limited company and all the associated documentation with PayStream Accountants (who were/are excellent) and with The Bridge Recruitment Agency and Perform Partners Consultancy, I today received a communication from The Bridge informing me CityFibre has pulled the plug on the role with just a week until the start date. A total waste of time and effort for me.
As a result, be very wary of contracting through Perform Partners with CityFibre. Either Perform Partners did not carry out the due diligence and have the necessary contractual arrangement in place with CityFibre or CityFibre management and HR don't know what they are doing. So, the warning is to be very cautious if applying for a role with CityFibre.

Question 1
Very brief, mainly centred on a possible need to do a gap analysis.
