I applied online and was contacted for a phone screen shortly after. After the phone screen, I had two separate virtual interviews. After the virtual interviews, I was brought in for an onsite interview. That’s four interviews, taking over a month and a half, for a coordinator role. I didn’t hear much for a while and only was given an update when I reached out. I was told I was a top contender for the role, but was given an excuse that the role responsibilities had changed which, in turn, lowered the salary range. I was told we would speak again a week from that phone call, but then never heard back again. I’ve attempted to contact them a few times through email and by calling, but I’ve been completely ghosted at this point. Disappointing to say the least. After a month and a half and four interviews, I haven’t even received the generic rejection email.
