First call with their HR recruiter. 2 rounds with a Lead BA and then with the Director. Thought each round went well. Followed up after a week and a half because I received no feedback. Was told it was given to a past employee who wanted to come back.

Proceso tedioso y repetitivo, en el que se me validó durante tres sesiones consecutivas mi nivel de inglés cuando ya había pasado con éxito esa prueba ya que se inglés desde los 8 años, y se me preguntó en diferentes sesiones sobre varios temas en los que yo ya había explicado que no era mi fuerte. En los que si era mi fuerte no fui contratado. Muy mala experiencia

Went through the HR screen and then had a phone interview with the hiring manager. It went fine but afterwards the recruiter ended up deciding to ghost me for whatever reason 👎
