3 rounds consider of 2 technical and 1 hr round 1st technical round was about my resume and my projects from last year engineering and 2nd round was completely technical questions about sql dsa and python core

I gave an interview in percipere. The process took longer than usual. It took almost a month, i have cleared all the rounds (2 technical and 1 HR). Then all of sudden received the email saying we cannot proceed with your candidature.
