First, I was contacted via phone and email by HR. I then had a phone interview. Very pleasant, focusing on areas of strength and personal qualities. Next was the in person interview. After that, I received an offer. Shortly thereafter, I started!

Mainly behavioural questions with situational questions mixed in. Was under the impression interview went well.Completed interview and was told I would hear back within the week. 3 weeks past by and no response. Followed up on the status, and was completely ghosted.

I applied and immediatly I received an assessement, then after the assument, like 4 days after I received a call for à screening then I went to the Final interview
