I applied online (craigslist). The same day I got a text from the owner saying they were conducting interviews that evening. I got to pick what time my interview was at. I went into the restaurant and met with the head server. She asked me a few simple questions. Then I met with the owner and we talked about availability and training, and he hired me on the spot. I started training three days later.
