I reached out to the main recruiters in the Center City location office. One responded because the other was out on maternity leave. The guy seemed cool, asked me about my experience, but was a little apprehensive about me leaving my last position without another one lined up. But nevertheless, he seemed interested. However, instead of considering me for a recruiter position which I have had years of experience doing, he proposed a recruitment coordinator position. An entry level position that was much lower than what I was worth. He asked for me to submit a video interview for the HR Manager to review. I submitted one an hour later as he suggested. And guess what? Ghosted. Not even a general rejection email. I did saw that they made a hire for the role. Someone with less experience and of course fit in with the lily environment if you get my hint.

Very quick and communication was strong. The whole process was overall easy and I had a good experience. Everyone was kind and took their time to get to know me & made sure I was a good fit and they were a good fit for me.

The interview process was very thorough. There was a talent call, an in-person interview, and 2 virtual interviews. they also had me shadow another recruiter to ensure I was comfortable with their processes. They make sure they have the right people!

I was asked to apply via an internal recruiter, purchased a webcam for the interviews. Went through multiple rounds of talking to the recruiter, doing a "personality quiz", and interviewing with others in the company. Was ultimately not offered anything, which is completely fine. What was annoying were the continued calls from others in their company saying I had an active resume and asking if I was ready to apply for the job fits they had for me. The people I interviewed with were nice but overall it felt like a massive waste of time, and therefor was a negative experience.
