Usual: they read your resume, call you and invite you for a job interview. Can hire with a zero experience. Can supply other shift (your applied for 2, you will work in 1). Nothing special. They don't have a huge line of candidates.

They'll hire anybody, just show up there and they'll beg you to work for them, seriously, but don't. You'll regret it later. You're far better off looking for a different job.
