The HR process works like this. Before landing the job, you will go through the usual 1 on 1 or more interviewers depending on the position. Once passed, they offer a 3 months probation which is called a 'freelanced period'. When approaching the last few weeks, the company will provide you with an option to 'rethink' the offer. Say, if you think you are up for the job you've experienced, then HR will schedule 3 more interviews: one with the HR's head, one with a director, and lastly 1 to 1 with the CEO. You will have to pass all 3 to land the job.
