You get a call from HR and you do an interview over the phone or you do a video interview. Super easy and straight forward. Lastly meet in person with HR, hiring manager and one more manger.

It takes up to a month to get hired or longer and you get interviewed with 4 people and the last one is the President of Longo Toyota.Its a very long process and i don't think it was worth it at the end.
