One short interview at a job fair. Hired after about a 10 minute interview. This was when the call center was opening and anyone could get hire. The company was on a tight deadline to hire 200 people within a week and the box of top applications (mine included) had been lost. I received an email begging me to come to the job fair the next day and resubmit my application.
