I applied online and someone from HR emailed me the next day, and we talked on the phone a few hours later. She asked me about my background and then asked to set up a Skype interview. The next day we talked on Skype where she asked me the same questions as over the phone, where I just went into more detail. She told me she wanted me to come meet the team and that she would connect with the department to see when I could come in. I emailed her at least once a week after that until finally about six weeks later she gave me a date to come in. I then interviewed with someone high up in the department, even though I was told I would be meeting with three people. She asked me very few questions and seemed to be rushing me out. Two weeks after that, HR told me they were going with someone else.
