very friendly. The process took just enough time and they were very communicative and answered in time to all requests. They informed me about the selection process the whole time.

Originally interviewed for an Administrative Assistant role in the CEO’s office in early September. Extremely long lag time in communication from recruiter. Then after 2 weeks waiting after the final interview get a call saying that role was pulled and they did a slight re-org of the CEO’s office. They then ask me to apply for a “new” Executive Assistant role in that same office because I was one of the “top” candidates. I apply and then wait another 3 weeks and in early November (??!) receive a canned rejection email on a Monday at 8:50am ET with absolutely NO thoughtful feedback from the recruiter after having clearly wasted my time. I delayed my a start date with another company trying to accommodate for this lengthy interview proces, risking them rescinding the offer. Here I was putting PRH as a priority when clearly they don’t give a damn about the candidate. I do not recommend this organization. Stop wasting the candidate’s time.
