I was initially contacted via LinkedIn after applying for the job. I was then asked to two video interviews, one with the Community Manager and the next one with then founder of the company. The first interview went well and the interviewee really put me at ease and looked pleased During the second interview however with the founder, the atmosphere changed a lot. It seemed he was trying to ask me trick questions and disturb me rather than get to know me. Thankfully I am quit senior for the position and didn't get disturbed by his line of questioning, but overall not very pleasant interview style. I never heard back from them which I find is the most unpleasant aspect. I do not recommend applying here. I suspect that if they treat their potential employees like that, it must not be very good work environment
