Had a bad experience with Pelsis North America; I had two interviews, one with the HR manager and one with the MKTG director + Brand manager. They asked me the typical interview questions but a red flag to me was how unprepared they were. It seems like they didn’t know how to interview candidates and when I answered all of their questions, at the end, they kept saying “I don’t know what else to ask.” Anyway, 30 min interview with HR and 1 hour interview with MKTG Director+Brand Manager. I was rejected 30 minutes RIGHT AFTER my second interview (yes you read that right) even though I thought the process went well. Don’t really recommend this company because apparently their North America region is going through growing pains.
