I had a recruiter screening, a peer interview, an interview with the hiring manager (director), a cross-functional panel interview with senior directors (2ppl), and a final interview with another cross-functional director. The interviews were Behavioral "Tell me about a time" style questions. They were 30-45 minutes long each. After each interview, I would hear back within 48 hours on the next steps.
