I was refered by a friend, so the process was straight forward, met with the manager and the west coast sales director who was visiting at the time. They asked about my past experience and what do I bring to the table. They also asked for my best strength and weakness. Then, follow up call with the hiring manager, which was a joke because it was more like a formality, and took 1 month to happen. She was fired later on though, so don't expect all follow up calls to be like that. She asked the same questions and the call only lasted about 5 minutes

they sit you down ask you questions. the questions are easy and not that difficult. they may be dressed in gym attire but you should definitely dress business casual. We interviewed in a mall setting, we were not in an office setting. it was pretty relaxed.

first interview was via zoom with Store Manager, 2nd interview via zoom with Regional (very brief). Felt relaxed. Mainly want to see if you can carry a conversation/what your personality is like.
