The process started with a phone screening with HR, followed by a video interview with the team. I then completed an in-person task assessment and a code review on site. Overall, the experience felt very positive, the team was welcoming and down-to-earth, and it genuinely felt like a place where people enjoy working together, without unnecessary corporate pressure.

The interview process was quite straightforward and consisted of four stages, including technical and behavioural interviews, as well as a take-home assignment. The entire process, from start to receiving the offer, took approximately three weeks. I must say, I had a really positive and enjoyable interview experience.
