A lot of vetting including an hour long one on one with a current employee without management surveillance. I have never been offered a chance to discuss with current employees and ask them any and all questions and this was a good sign that Pella invests in their staffs.

It was the best interview process I have been through. They try to take care of you and make your experience unforgettable. I was flown out, they got me a hotel, got me lunch and coffee, and covered all of it.

quick and everyone was nice. ended up not pursuing the position but the people I spoke with were nice. seems like a great fit for someone looking to get into sales.

The interview went great but they said they chose another candidate. I continued to see the active posting as the position was still not filled. I would have rather known why I was not chosen than be lied to.
