Applied online, had an interview within a week, then heard nothing for approx 2 months until I got a rejection. Really was a process that didn't allow me to prioritize them as a candidate. I understand wanting to get ahead of openings, but making a candidate wait multiple months to even start interviewing further is just a waste of everyone's time.
