Customary interview process, no trick questions. I only received one one-on-one interview, and heard shortly thereafter that I had gotten the position. The interview itself was very easy and my interviewing manager was very nice.

Phone screening to see if you know where the office is, if the hours are suitable, if the hybrid model works for you.
Interview could be on teams or face to face.
Email or phone task is just a simple question to see how well you can write and email or respond to customer over the phone. Full training is provided once job is accepted. More about your ability and willingness to help.
