I had a good experience with the hiring process at Pearson. It was well-organized from start to finish.
I started with a screening call from HR, and then I had 3 interviews with the hiring team. Everyone was super polite and friendly, which made me feel comfortable.
They asked me about my past work and how I handle different situations at work. The questions were straightforward, nothing unusual.
Despite they went with another candidate, I still recommend Pearson as a potentially nice place to work. They left a positive impression on me.

Fairly straight forward process - two round video interview after initial phone call and basic question. Make sure to ask about the org and team you will be on. Everyone is very nice and it is evident they value work life balance. Make connections early on.

Firstly, scheduling the interviews was a challenge from the start. The interviewer rescheduled three times, which I found to be unprofessional and frustrating. This lack of organization reflected poorly on the company's commitment to respecting candidates' time and schedules.
After completing the interviews, I was informed that I would hear back within a week regarding the outcome of my application. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The process ended up taking three weeks, during which time I was left waiting for an update.
